Scrum In A Box
We Are Agile Scrum Certified!
An Agile Scrum Master is like a team coach who helps everyone stay focused, organized, and working well together. They guide the team through a process called Scrum, which breaks big projects into smaller tasks that can be completed in short time periods called sprints — usually one to two weeks.

The Scrum Master doesn't act like a boss — they don't assign tasks or make decisions for the team. Instead, they support the team by leading important meetings, such as daily check-ins (called standups), sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, where the team reflects on how to improve.
One of the Scrum Master's key jobs is to identify and remove any obstacles that might slow the team down. Whether it's a technical issue, a communication problem, or something else, they step in to help solve it. They also make sure that everyone on the team is working well together, communicating openly, and staying aligned on goals.
